How do I make a reservation at Spring Creek RV Resort?

What is the cancellation policy at Spring Creek RV Resort?

For stays under 28 days: Cancellations 7 or more days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations 3–7 days before arrival receive a 50% refund (or a full resort credit for a future stay). Cancellations less than 3 days before arrival or no-shows receive no refund. Full payment is collected automatically 3 days before arrival. For 28-day reservations: A non-refundable $150 deposit is collected at booking. The remaining balance is charged 3 days before arrival. No refunds after the reservation begins.

Does Spring Creek RV Resort offer weekly rates?

Yes. Weekly rates at Spring Creek RV Resort are $395 for back-in sites and $435 for pull-through sites. Extra-wide sites are $650/week. Monthly rates are not offered.

Is payment collected when I book, or closer to my arrival?

For most reservations, a credit card authorization is placed at booking and 100% of the reservation balance is automatically collected 3 days before your arrival. For 28-day reservations, a non-refundable $150 deposit is collected at booking and the remaining balance is charged 3 days before arrival. All credit card information is stored and processed securely.

What are the check-in and check-out times at Spring Creek RV Resort?

Check-in at Spring Creek RV Resort is from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you plan to arrive outside of the standard check-in window, please call the resort in advance to make arrangements. After-hours and security assistance is available at (801) 721-8246.

What should I know about arriving in winter?

If you are staying at Spring Creek RV Resort during winter months, you must have a heated culinary water hose and an insulated water hydrant cover to keep your water connections from freezing. These items are available for purchase at the resort office if needed.

What is the maximum length of stay?

The maximum reservation at Spring Creek RV Resort is 28 days. The resort may allow multiple consecutive 28-day reservations for long-term guests at management's discretion. Electric usage is metered for 28-day stays and charged to the card on file at the end of the reservation period.

RV Requirements

What is the RV age requirement at Spring Creek RV Resort?

All RVs at Spring Creek RV Resort must be 15 years old or newer. RVs that are 15 years old or older may be considered with prior approval — guests must submit current photos showing all 4 sides of the RV in good condition. All RVs must be owner-occupied, in good working order, and have no missing panels or parts. If your RV does not meet these criteria upon arrival, your reservation may be cancelled without refund. Tent camping is not permitted.

Yes. Spring Creek RV Resort is designed for big rigs. The resort features extra-long pull-through sites and extra-wide premium sites with generous slide-out clearance, accommodating Class A motorhomes, large fifth wheels, and oversized rigs. The majority of sites are pull-through, so no backing is required. Wide interior roads and 50-amp service are standard. Extra-wide sites start at $139/night and are limited — book early.

Can Class A motorhomes stay at Spring Creek RV Resort?

Yes. Spring Creek RV Resort accommodates Class A motorhomes on its pull-through and extra-wide sites. The resort was specifically designed with large rigs in mind — wide interior roads, generous site spacing, full slide-out clearance, and 50-amp electric service. Extra-wide sites at $139/night offer maximum width for the largest coaches.

Is tent camping allowed at Spring Creek RV Resort?

No. Spring Creek RV Resort does not permit tent camping. The resort accommodates RVs, trailers, vans, and camper vehicles only. All RVs and vehicles must be in good working condition and owner-occupied.

How many vehicles are allowed per site?

Two vehicles are allowed per site at Spring Creek RV Resort. Some sites permit only one vehicle — check site details when booking. A third vehicle may be parked in available stalls for $5 per day ($50/month for 28-day reservations). All vehicles must be parked at the site without blocking the road or adjacent sites. The speed limit on all resort roads is 5–10 MPH.
