Check-In
- ·Check-in is from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. If arriving outside of check-in hours, please call in advance to make arrangements.
- ·During winter months, you are required to have a heated culinary water hose and an insulated water hydrant cover to keep your water from freezing. These are available for purchase at the office.
- ·All RVs must be 15 years old or newer and in good working condition with no missing panels or parts. RVs 15 years or older may submit current photos showing all 4 sides for approval. All RVs are subject to inspection upon arrival.
- ·All RVs must be owner-occupied. Tent camping is not permitted.
- ·Packages may be sent to our office address. The resort does not monitor package deliveries, which are at the guest's risk.
Check-Out
- ·Check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
- ·If you wish to extend your stay, please make arrangements before 10:00 AM.
- ·Any items at your site, at the clubhouse, or on the property that are broken or damaged during your stay will be billed to the card on file.
Cancellation Policy — Stays Under 28 Days
- ·100% of the reservation balance is automatically charged 3 days before your arrival.
- ·Cancellations less than 3 days before the stay: no refund.
- ·Cancellations 3–7 days before the stay: 50% refund. Guests may alternatively choose a full resort credit to be used on a future stay.
- ·No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
- ·No-shows are charged the full reservation amount.
Cancellation Policy — 28-Day Reservations
- ·28-day reservations must be booked by phone.
- ·A non-refundable deposit of $150 is charged at the time of booking.
- ·3 days before the reservation start, 100% of the remaining balance is automatically charged.
- ·Once the 28-day reservation begins, no refunds are given for early departure or late arrival.
- ·A pet fee of $25 (covering up to 3 pets) applies to 28-day reservations.
- ·Long-term stays are subject to a criminal background check at the expense of the guest.
- ·Electric usage is metered for 28-day stays and charged to the card on file at the end of the reservation.
RV & Vehicle Rules
- ·Maximum reservation length: 28 days. Multiple consecutive 28-day reservations may be allowed at management's discretion.
- ·Two vehicles are permitted per site. Some sites allow only one vehicle — check at time of booking.
- ·A third vehicle may be parked in available stalls at $5/day, or $50/month for 28-day reservations.
- ·Vehicles must not block the road or adjacent sites.
- ·Speed limit on all resort roads is 5–10 MPH. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of reservation.
- ·RV owners must have an appropriate tow/drive vehicle capable of moving their RV upon request.
Site Rules
- ·Large-area outdoor rugs are prohibited at campsites. A small mat (24" × 24" maximum) is allowed at the base of your RV stairs.
- ·Winter skirting around your RV must be authorized by the office.
- ·No porches, outdoor construction, or outdoor storage allowed.
- ·Guests must keep their site clean, organized, and picked up at all times.
- ·One (1) picnic table per campsite.
Animals & Pets
- ·Pets must be kept on a physical leash at all times and may not be left unattended at the campsite.
- ·Up to 3 pets are allowed per site.
- ·Animals must be non-aggressive and may not be a nuisance to neighboring guests.
- ·Animals are not permitted inside the clubhouse, laundry, or bathroom buildings unless they are registered disability service animals.
- ·Animals may not be tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees, or fences.
- ·Animal waste must be picked up immediately, anywhere on the property.
- ·Dogs may be off-leash in the designated Dog Playground area when their owner is present and in control.
- ·No permanent pet pens or pet fencing on sites.
- ·Grass damaged by pet urine is the responsibility of the guest to repair.
- ·Management reserves the right to require removal of any animal from the resort.
Quiet Hours
- ·Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- ·After-hours guests arriving outside of check-in times may not set up during quiet hours.
- ·After-hours and security assistance: call (801) 721-8246.
Smoking
- ·Spring Creek RV Resort is a non-smoking resort.
- ·Smoking is not permitted inside any building, within 25 feet of any building, at any RV site, or in any outdoor common-use area (including near the bathhouse, clubhouse, pickleball courts, and park).
Fires & Grilling
- ·Open wood fires are not permitted.
- ·Propane fire pits are allowed and available to rent from the resort office.
- ·Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted at your site.
- ·Do not place hot coals in garbage containers.
- ·Fireworks are prohibited on resort premises.
Laundry
- ·Laundry facilities are open 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
- ·Do not hang clothes on lines or on trees at your campsite.
- ·No pet washing in bathrooms or laundry facilities.
Children
- ·Children are welcome with an accompanying adult.
- ·Parents are responsible for their children's safety and behavior at all times.
- ·Please supervise children at all amenities and do not allow children to play in the roadway.
Retention Ponds
- ·The retention ponds on the resort property are restricted-access areas. Entry by guests and/or pets is strictly prohibited.
General
- ·Spring Creek RV Resort is privately owned. Failure to comply with resort policies may result in being asked to leave without refund and/or cancellation of future reservations.
- ·Spring Creek reserves the right to enforce all rules and to refuse service or access to anyone at its sole discretion.
- ·Policies may be updated at any time. The most current version will be available on this website and provided at time of booking.
